Monday May 7: Back to Jacksonville

What a wonderful two weeks! First the drive to Matt and Wendy's for the Change of Command then on to Ohio: Dayton for a visit with Steve's family, Loudonville for a visit with my family and Cleveland for a visit with Julie and Jim (who couldn't come to Dayton since we didn't decide to stop there until the night before!). For a late decision to continue on to Ohio instead of returning to Jacksonville from NC, it was amazing how well things worked out (well, I guess I should clarify that it worked out great for us and hopefully for everyone concerned :-))

I wasn't very good about taking pictures once we reached Ohio ..... sadly.

Off on Wednesday 5/9 for a trip to Alaska (it's 92 degrees here today - guess it'll be cooler there!) and then back to the boat about the 20th or so. No blogging from Alaska - in fact, I don't even think we'll take a computer with us!
