Friday December 20: Back in Florida

 It was a wonderful trip back to Ohio - an opportunity to see friends and family both in Ohio and on the drive up.

It was very cold in Ohio. It was 7 degrees the day after we arrived - how did we ever survive 60 years living there?!!

Truthfully it was great to have the snow and cold this early in December - definitely not the norm.

After a week on the farm with my brother Tom, we drove to Cleveland to spend a couple of days with Julie and Jim.

It was more snowy up there!

But after a really nice time visiting family and friends, we were happy to return to our nice warm little boat in Florida.

Terri and Scott again provided transportation to the Sarasota airport so we could return the rental car.

They left today for Vermont for Christmas - don't know what they were thinking - it's cold up there!

Not sure of plans at this point other than move even more south to Banana Bay in the next couple of weeks.
